known locally as a fitzroy institution, 10-year-old Spanish restaurant añada combines the flavours of andalucía and southern spain at this intimate gastronomy focussed restaurant. utilising the best of local produce and traditional spanish cooking techniques, the menu at Añada offers shareable tapas, charcuterie, paellas, chef's tasting menus, and more.

 

based on the peasant fare of southern spain, you can expect to find obscure meats and offal prepared in creative ways that enhance their flavours served alongside more traditional paellas and montaditos. the wine and sherry program at Añada is designed to highlight the best of spanish, european and australian wines that bring out the flavours in each dish.
